How to Clean and Care for a Custom Anime Sign (Acrylic & PLA)

Use a dry microfiber cloth for normal dust. For fingerprints, lightly dampen the cloth with water and a drop of mild dish soap, then dry with a second cloth.

For LED signs, switch the sign off and unplug the USB cable before cleaning. Wait a few minutes before reconnecting power.

Avoid alcohol, acetone, abrasive pads, paper towels, and harsh cleaners. They can scratch acrylic, soften paint, or damage printed surfaces.

Do not place signs in bathrooms, kitchens, or humid rooms. Moisture can damage LEDs and degrade paint or adhesive.

Keep signs on a stable shelf or desk away from direct heat. Store them upright or flat in soft wrapping when not displayed.

Route LED cables behind the base so the connector is not bent or pulled during normal use.
