Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. During high-volume periods or special drops, processing may take up to 5 business days. Pre-order items will be shipped according to their estimated release dates.

Asia Pacific: 14-28 business days. Other regions: 14-35 business days. FREE shipping on orders over the local-currency equivalent of €44 (calculated at checkout). Standard shipping costs vary by country and are also calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
United States
United States: 5-8 business days. FREE shipping on orders over $45 USD; below that, $8.99 USD flat.

The price you pay at checkout is the final price. Nothing extra is charged on delivery.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can also track your order by logging into your account or visiting our Order Tracking page. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.
Shipping Restrictions
Some products may have shipping restrictions to certain regions. If we are unable to ship to your location, you will be notified during checkout. We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes for express or overnight orders.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
