Yes, you can change the name as long as you contact us before production starts. Production usually begins within 1-3 business days, so email support@mizoke.com as soon as possible.
The personalized name is limited to 12 characters. If you need a longer name for a specific design, contact us before ordering.
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most non-custom items. Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Custom or personalized items (such as LED signs, desk signs, keychains, or apparel with a personalized name) are not returnable once production has started, as each piece is made just for you. Limited drops, opened collectibles, and final-sale items are also non-returnable. If an item arrives damaged or defective, we'll replace it free of charge - email support@mizoke.com with photos.
