Free worldwide shipping on orders over the local-currency equivalent of €45 (£40 UK, $65 CAD, $75 AUD). Custom items are made to order in 1-3 business days; non-custom items are processed in 1-3 business days before shipping. US shipping is currently suspended due to ongoing tariff changes.
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most non-custom items. Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Custom or personalized items (such as LED signs, desk signs, keychains, or apparel with a personalized name) are not returnable once production has started, as each piece is made just for you. Limited drops, opened collectibles, and final-sale items are also non-returnable. If an item arrives damaged or defective, we'll replace it free of charge - email support@mizoke.com with photos. Visit our returns page to start a return.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a free return and send a replacement or refund the full purchase price, your choice. Keep the original packaging until the issue is resolved.
