Custom or personalized items (such as LED signs, desk signs, keychains, or apparel with a personalized name) are not returnable once production has started, as each piece is made just for you. Limited drops, opened collectibles, and final-sale items are also non-returnable. If an item arrives damaged or defective, we'll replace it free of charge - email support@mizoke.com with photos. If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a free return and send a replacement or refund the full purchase price, your choice. Keep the original packaging until the issue is resolved.
